Albert was born November 20th, 1964 in Carthage, Missouri, the son of Lawrence and Betty Howland. Albert moved to Harrisonville, Missouri with his family in 1967 at the age of three and lived in Harrisonville the rest of his life. He graduated from Harrisonville High School in 1983, where he made lifelong friends, played sports, and was true to the Howland name by playing many pranks on family and friends. He was generous and helped many friends, family, and strangers along the way. Albert had a passion for animals, as he took up riding and driving with gusto. He loved his dog Zeke as most know, he took him everywhere with him. Albert had a huge heart and loved children often becoming a second parent or grandparent to many. There was never a shortage of children or animals in his life.
