Jaqueline "Jackie" Dean Cockrum, 66, of Clinton Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at 2:09 p.m. at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri.
Jackie was born on November 19, 1951 in Sedalia, Missouri.
On September 6, 1986, Jackie was united in marriage to Jon Cockrum at the Harrisonville Mennonite Church in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Jackie was a homemaker. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister and aunt. She loved to cook, bake, go to garage sales and play bingo.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Pearson; her father, David Paxton and a brother, Freddy Pearson.
Jackie is survived by her husband Jon Cockrum; her step-father Fred Pearson; mother-in law Veneta Degraffenried; her brother Gary Paxton; sisters Dianne Pearson-Looney, Catherine Pearson, Pam Pearson-Degraffenried; brother-in laws, Bill Degraffenried and Dusty Degraffenried; sister-in law, Emmy Degraffenried, many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri with burial in the Garden City Cemetery.
