Angie Schacher, of Harrisonville, Missouri was born January 7, 1971 in Jefferson City, Missouri the daughter of Richard Wayne Blair and Sharon Kathleen (Murphy) Garrett. She departed this life on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at her home surrounded by love and family at the age of 42 years, 5 months and 2 days.
On August 17, 1990, Angie was united in marriage to Timothy Allen Schacher in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Angie was employed as a para-professional for special needs in the Blue Springs School District until her retirement on May 31, 2013 and was co-owner with her husband, Tim, of Ti-An Repair near Harrisonville. She was a 1989 graduate of the Harrisonville High School. Angie was a member of the Harrisonville Church of the Nazarene, was very active in the Archie School PTO, and enjoyed scrap booking. Her greatest love was her family and could always be found at her children’s sporting events and dance recitals.
Angie is survived by her husband, Tim Schacher; three sons, Jacob Schacher, Colter Schacher and Caleb Schacher and a daughter, Katie Schacher all of the home; her mother and dad, Sharon and Travis Garrett, Harrisonville, Missouri; three brothers, John Blair, Ballard, Missouri, Vance Garrett and Tracy Garrett both of Kansas City, Missouri; a sister, Debbie Tiblier, Ocean Springs, Mississippi; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at the Harrisonville Church of the Nazarene with burial in the Sharon Cemetery near Drexel, Missouri.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Heartland Hospice or to the Special Olympics.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
