Anise Filer

Mrs. Anise Filer, of Republic, Missouri, was born November 11, 1922 in Norwood, Missouri the daughter of the Arch and Edith (Heath) Ryan. She departed this life Friday, October 14, 2005 Christian Healthcare, Republic at the age of 82 years, 11 months and 3 days.
On, April 1, 1939 Anise was united in marriage to Ray Filer in Norwood, Missouri.
Anise was a homemaker. Earlier, she was employed as a book binder and for the Simmons Mattress Company, Kansas City, Kansas. Anise and loved in Kansas City, Kansas and Harrisonville before moving to Republic in July of 2004.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray on June 30, 1985; two great-grandchildren, Savannah Grace Filer and Cade Filer; two sisters, Esther and Lois ""Dolly"".
She is survived by three sons, Bill Filer, Overland Park, Kansas, Bob Filer, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Hal ""Duane"" Filer, Olathe, Kansas; four daughters, Doris Holder, Republic, Missouri, Karen Greer, Butler, Missouri, Bonnie Kmetz, Salina, Kansas, Vera Gonzales, Blue Springs, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; thirty three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Curtis Ryan, Overland Park, Kansas; a sister, Ruth Bradshaw, Norwood, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with interment in the Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville, Missouri.
