Ann Olivietta Wyatt

Ann Olivietta Wyatt of Independence, Missouri was born February 18, 1924 the daughter of Joseph Hyram Robinson and Nellie Gay (Dickinson) Robinson. She departed this life on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Meadow View of Harrisonville surrounded by family and love at the age of 89 years, 9 months and 26 days.
On December 13, 1941, Ann was united in marriage to Leonard Gene Wyatt in Liberty, Missouri.
Ann was a farm wife and homemaker. She was a member of RLDS and was attending the Oakwood Methodist Church, Buckner, Missouri. Ann enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, flowers, playing cards, doing word search games, attending garage sales and antique shops. She loved to bake and the family favorites were cakes and pies. Ann had lived in Independence before moving to Quick City, Missouri in 1965, to Blairstown, Missouri in 1975 and to Independence in January of 2004.
Besides her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard on October 11, 1997; a son, Frank Wyatt; two grandsons, Kirk A. Wyatt and Matt Gatewood; a brother, Frank Robinson; four sisters, Ruby Campbell, Lily OBrian, Grace Lemasters and Hazel Danner.
Ann is survived by her son, Leonard W. Wyatt and wife, Nancy, Harrisonville, Missouri; a daughter-in-law, Kim Wyatt, Louisburg, Missouri; three grandchildren, Kara Wilson, Shane and Frank Wyatt; 5 great-granddaughters, Ashlyn, Alyssa, Alyson, Shanlyn and Whitney; other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with a graveside service at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Oakland Cemetery, Buckner, Missouri. Family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri
