Mrs. Beverly Faye Copeland of Archie, Missouri was born March 11, 1953 in Holden, Missouri the daughter of Delmar Cecil Ayler and Velma Lucille Smith. She departed this life on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at her home near Archie at the age of 55 years, 4 months and 20 days. Beverly was employed as a waitress for the Old Cedar Inn and Seven Stop in Garden City, Missouri, Dinner Bell and Wagon Wheel in Harrisonville, Missouri and for Ryan?s in Raymore, Missouri. Later, she was employed as an apartment manager for Hillside and Brookstone Apartments in Independence, Missouri. Beverly enjoyed her family, grandchildren, talking on the phone, her dogs and riding around in her car. She had lived in Holden, Garden City, and Independence before moving to Archie in 2003.
She was preceded in death by her infant son, Michael; and her twin infant brothers, Gary and Larry.
She is survived by her son, Brian Ayler and wife, Bonnie, Archie, Missouri; four grandchildren, Britney, Ethan, Hunter, Lexis; her mother, Lucille Sexson, her father and step-mother, Delmar Ayler and wife, Roseanna all of Harrisonville, Missouri; two brothers, Chester Ayler and Ronnie Ayler both of Harrisonville, Missouri; four sisters, Debbie Ayler and Janet Henderson both of Independence, Missouri, Carol Bandy, Creighton, Missouri, Cheryl Cowan, Harrisonville, Missouri; her maternal grandmother, Erma Smith, Harrisonville, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, August 4, 2008 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri with burial at the Garden City Cemetery, Garden City, Missouri.
Family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to the Heartland Hospice.
