Bruce Robert Daniels of Harrisonville, Missouri formerly of Creighton, Missouri was born January 17, 1935 in Los Angeles, California the son of Ernest Franklin and Clara Nancy (Brown) Daniels. He departed this life on Sunday, January 4, 2009 at Crown Care Center, Harrisonville at the age of 73 years, 11 months and 17 days.
On July 20, 1957, Bruce was united in marriage to Elizabeth Jeanette Denning.
Bruce was employed as bindery manager for McGrew Color Graphics Company, Kansas City, Missouri until his retirement in 1993. He was a member of the First Christian Church, Creighton, Missouri and was an Army veteran. Bruce enjoyed his family, camping, the outdoors, fishing and going to the lake. He had lived in Kansas City, Missouri until moving to Creighton in 1967.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette on April 16, 1986.
He is survived by a son, Brian M. Daniels, Creighton, Missouri; two daughters, Brenda Joslyn and husband, Scott, Greenwood, Missouri, Linda Lakin, Harrisonville, Missouri; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services are pending under the direction of Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
