Charles Gann, longtime Coffeyville resident, passed away in the early morning hours at his home in Belton, Missouri where he moved 6 years ago to be close to his family.
Charles was employed as a machinist for CO-OP Refinery in Coffeyville for 40 years until his retirement in 1986. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, the VFW and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Charles is survived by a son, Tom Gann (Kathy); a daughter, Susan Sawyer (Roy); three granddaughters, Sara Sawyer, Brandy Hansen and Sadie Decker and seven great-grandchildren. Also his cat, Annie.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Graves Gann, his brother Bob Gann and his parents, Harvey and Birdie Gann.
Cremation with private family services.
Services are under the direction of Cass County Cremation Services, Harrisonville, Missouri.
