Debbie Lynn Bell, 41, of Haslet, Texas, formerly of Pleasant Hill, Missouri was born Thursday, December 11, 1969 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Gilbert Donald and Eva Christine (Vancil) Bell. She departed this life at 1:10 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2011 at her home in Haslet.
Debbie was a 1987 graduate of Pleasant Hill High School. She was the Vice President of Customer Service and Inside Sales for Tucker Rocky Distributing in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her father Donald Bell on December 26, 2009.
She is survived by her husband Bart Walstrom of the home; her mother Eva Bell of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; step-sister Jan (and Mark) Pruitt of Overland Park, Kansas; step-brother Tim (and Eileen) Soldner of Detroit, Michigan; Aunt Joyce (and Ron) Dowell of Pleasant Hill; two Juanita Vancil of Independence, Missouri; one niece Lindsay Pruitt of Overland Park, Kansas; two nephews Matthew Pruitt of Overland Park and Nathan Soldner of Detroit; four cousins Coyita (and Darrin) Miller of Raymore, Missouri, Ceola Knisely of Raymore, Missouri, Kelsie Clark of Harrisonville, Missouri, Eddie Vancil of Independence; other relatives and many friends.
Cremation has been accorded.
Locally a Celebration of Debbie’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2011, at the funeral home, where visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service. Reverend Carl Knapp of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church will officiate.
A second Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2011, at the Circle-R-Ranch in Flower Mound, Texas.
Private graveside services will be held in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are suggested the American Cancer Society and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
