Dorothy Roxanna Redmon

Mrs. Dorothy Roxanna Redmon, 87, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born Saturday, March 12, 1925 in Pittsburg, Kansas, the daughter of Clifford Paul and Olga Ruth (Gardenhire) Standlee. She departed this life at 6:50 p.m., on Saturday, July 28, 2012 her son and daughter-in-laws home in Harrisonville, surrounded with love and family.
Dorothy was a 1943 graduate of Pittsburg High School.
She was first united in marriage to Willard Eugene Blasor in 1943. On September 14, 1964, Dorothy was united in marriage to Robert Joshua Redmon, in Miami, Oklahoma.
Dorothy was employed as an Electronics Inspector for the Bendix/Allied Signal Corporation for over 25 years retiring in 1990.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert; one brother Clifford Standlee; and one sister Lois “Berniece” Chandler.
She is survived by four sons Robert Blasor of Parsons, Kansas, Michael Blasor of Pleasant Hill, Thomas (and Linda) Blasor of Harrisonville, and James Blasor of Myrtle Beach, California; three daughters Judith (and Dale) Kebler of Rayville, Missouri, Constance (and Zane) Gibson of Grain Valley, Missouri, and Stanalee Young of Pleasant Hill; 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
