Mrs. Erna Kehrer, of Harrisonville, Missouri, was born February 22, 1925 in Okawville, Illinois the daughter of Herman and Bertha (Schilling) Joellenbeck. She departed this life Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the Crown Care Center, Harrisonville at the age of 86 years, 6 months and 21 days.
On December 17, 1965, Erna was united in marriage to Vernon Kehrer in Belleville, Illinois.
Erna was a homemaker and a seamstress. She was of the Catholic faith. Erna had lived in Belleville, Illinois before moving to Harrisonville.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Kehrer in July of 2002; four brothers, Oliver, William, Lester and Herbert; three sisters, Helen, Eunice and Leona.
Erna is survived by a sister, Alice Ledoux; a nephew, Tom Ladoux and a niece, Debra Smith all of Harrisonville, Missouri; a step-son, Tyrone Kehrer, State of California; other relatives and friends.
Cremation. No services are scheduled.
