Ernestine "Tiny" Hayden

Ernestine Lula Hayden of Belton, Missouri was born February 27, 1937 in Long Bottom, Ohio the daughter of Harley and Wilda Smith. She departed this life on Thursday December 16, 2021.

Ernestine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She worked for many years as a visiting nurse. Her love, passion and first priority were taking care of her family. She enjoyed singing, dancing, playing the piano and guitar.

She is preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and two brothers.

Ernestine is survived by her son, Jimmie Hayden II and wife Sandy of Belton, Missouri, her four daughters; Wendy Lees of Kansas City, Missouri, Tina Bollinger and husband Dave of Cleveland, Missouri, Pamela Wood and husband Chuck, Nanette Everhart and husband Danny all of Belton, Missouri; 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandsons and sister, Vivian Laughlin of El Dorado Springs.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
