Mrs. Heather Lynn Watson, of Archie, Missouri, was born June 19, 1974 in Harrisonville, Missouri, the daughter of Michael Hopkins and Mary Sue (Brown) Martin. She departed this life Monday, May 14, 2007 at her home at the age of 32 years, 10 months and 25 days.
On October 19, 1996, Heather was united in marriage to Paul Anthony ""Tony"" Watson in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Heather was a homemaker who enjoyed being a wife and a mom. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Archie, Missouri. Heather was a 1992 graduate of Harrisonville High School. She had lived in Harrisonville before moving to Archie in 1998. Heather enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Watson; a son, Shane Watson and a daughter Lauren Watson all of the home; her mother and step-father, Sue and Rusty Martin, Harrisonville, Missouri; her father and step-mother, Mike and Bonnie Hopkins, Aurora, Missouri; a sister, Julie Setzer and husband Tim, Archie, Missouri; two brothers, Brian Kellhofer, Harrisonville, Missouri, Jason Jamison, Belton, Missouri; a step-brother, Josh Martin, Ft. Meyers, Florida;paternal grandparents, Taylor Hopkins and Vera Adams; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 18, 2007 at the First Baptist Church, Archie, Missouri with burial in the Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville, Missouri.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Trust Fund. Please make the check to the Heather Watson Memorial Fund and mail the check to the Community Bank of Raymore, 300 C Highway, Peculiar, Missouri 64078 or can be left at the funeral home.
