Iva Mae Todd

Mrs. Iva Mae Todd, of Kenefic, Oklahoma was born January 13, 1920 in Keytesville, Missouri the daughter of C.W. ?Jack? and Dorothy ?Dot? (Haston) Bills. She departed this life Saturday, February 19, 2011 at her home at the age of 91 years, 1 month and 6 days.
In July of 1938, Iva was united in marriage to George W. Todd in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Iva was employed as a welder for Allied Signal, Kansas City, Missouri until her retirement. She was of the Catholic faith and a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Iva loved to crochet, read, work on crossword puzzles and watch the humming birds at her humming bird feeder. She had lived in Harrisonville before moving to Kenefic, Oklahoma on December 7, 1989.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Todd on May 2, 1988; a son, Richard Paul Todd; a great-grandson, Jonathan Hammond and two sisters, Frances Bearce and Opal Kennedy.
Iva is survived by two sons, Dale Todd and wife Sharon, Lexington, Missouri, James Todd and wife Joyce, Kenefic, Oklahoma; 9 granddaughters; numerous great-grandchildren; a brother, John Bills, Kansas City, Missouri; two sisters, Onita Edwards. Independence, Missouri, Nina Duffy, Kansas City, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were held Thursday, February 24, 2011 at the Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville, Missouri.
