Jack Donald Groblebe, 84, of East Lynne, MO passed away on April 12, 2018 at home surrounded by his wife and children.
Jack was born in Ongo, MO to Clarence and Lillian Groblebe on July 6, 1933. He attended school in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Jack married Ruby Marie McCoy on August 6, 1954 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He worked for his family’s saw mill, The Corp of Engineers building Beaver Dam, painter for Kenworth before starting his own painting company, and before retirement he worked maintenance for East Lynne School District. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the Navy on the USS Des Moines. Jack was an officer of The Western Plot Hunters Association, member of the East Lynne-Gunn City Fire Department, he enjoyed camping, hunting and knew the best fishing holes around.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert Groblebe.
Jack is survived by his wife, Marie Groblebe of the home; a son Jack Groblebe and fiancé Jeannie Davis, Harrisonville Missouri, 3 daughters, Linda Bale and husband Ken, Harrison, Arkansas, Glenda Hurst and boyfriend Clint Couey, Berryville Arkansas and Judith Sumner and husband Kelly, Harrisonville, Missouri. Jack was known as "Bamps" to 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and a special bundle of joy on the way.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 16, 2018 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with burial in the Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville, Missouri.
Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2018 at the funeral home.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Serenity Care Hospice, Harrisonville.
