Jason Richard Buck of Freeman, Missouri was born July 13, 1971 in Kansas City, Missouri the son of James Richard and Sharon Kay (Honn) Buck. He departed this life on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 44 years, 3 months and 5 days.
Jason was employed as a pipefitter for the past 25 years for Local #533 of the Pipefitters Union, Kansas City, Missouri. He was a 1989 graduate of Midway High School Cleveland, Missouri.His first love was playing basketball. He still holds many school records from his playing days during high school. Jason enjoyed playing golf, fishing, camping and the outdoors. He was a lifelong area resident.
He is survived by the most precious person in his life, his daughter, Taylor Buck, Drexel, Missouri; his parents, Jim and Sharon Buck, Freeman, Missouri; his sister, Kerrie Ogden, Adrian, Missouri; two nieces, Samantha and Cassandra Ogden; his faithful companion Tatum; other relatives and a host of friends.
Cremation. A Celebration of Life Service was held Thursday, October 22, 2015 at the Harrisonville Community Church, 1606 Chapel Drive, Harrisonville, Missouri with inurnment in the Freeman Cemetery, Freeman, Missouri following the service.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Jason R. Buck Scholarship Fund.
