Larry Eugene Dowse, Jr., of Urich, Missouri, was born on July 19, 1969 in Kingsville, Texas. He was the son of Larry Eugene Dowse, Sr. and Margaret (McKean) Dowse. He departed his life on September 25, 2015 at the Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 46 years, 2 months, and 6 days.

On September 19, 1998, Larry was united in marriage to Catherine Elaine Wram at the Lucas United Methodist Church in Urich, Missouri, afterward moving to his home in Urich, Missouri.

Larry was in the navy following High School. He also did some collage time. He was employed as an insurance and car salesman most of his life. He was a very devoted softball coach on his daughters competitive team and had recently became a Scout troop leader for unit 238 in Adrain, Missouri. He enjoyed his family, but mostly his wife and kids. Coaching his softball team was a great passion of his and he took special interest in his girls. In his spare time he loved to bowl and watch football, baseball, softball, and his sons soccer games. A real sports nut! He also enjoyed traveling.

Larry was preceded in death by his father Larry Eugene Dowse, Sr.

Larry is survived by his wife, Catherine Elaine Dowse, his 2 children living in the home, Adelyne Mary and Dale Thomas Dowse, and one daughter, Laurel Cope, of Virginia.
