Phillip S. Brewster

Phillip Scott Brewster entered this world on August 31st of 1965 in Kansas City, MO to Charles and Jean Brewster. He met Shawna Lee, his best friend and love of his life in late summer of 1976. Phil and Shawna have been best friends since the 5th grade. After years of friendship, they were engaged on December 18th of 1985. They were married on September 6th of 1986. They welcomed their firstborn son, Derek Blake, into the world on November 12th of 1987.Six years later, they welcomed their second son, Anthony Preston, on November 12th of 1993. On November 12th of 1997, their daughter, Aubrey Nicole was welcomed into the family.
In July 2000, Phil started selling things on eBay. This small, part time venture eventually evolved into High End Used Furniture. In February of 2002, the family moved to their dream home in Garden City, MO. A 100 year old Victorian farmhouse with 7 gables, sitting on 15 acres. Consequently, they named their family home 7 Gables Farm.
Phil is survived by his wife, Shawna Lee Brewster His son, Derek Brewster and his wife Meagan His son, Anthony Brewster and his wife Ariel His daughter, Aubrey Blevins and her husband Adam His mother, Jean Brewster And, his three brothers, Mike Brewster, Jack Brewster, and Gary Brewster
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the Heart of Life, Garden City, Missouri. Cremation to follow the service.
