Phyllis Jean Peyton of Garden City, Missouri departed this life Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Rehabilitation Center of Raymore, Raymore, Missouri.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Owen B. Peyton of the home; her daughter, Debra Butcher of Garden City, Missouri; three brothers, Roger, Clyde, and Bill Craddock all of West Virginia; a sister, Jennie Mainard of Afton, Tennessee; two grandchildren, Dara Lamb and her husband Scott of Garden City, Missouri, and Ian Cox of Freeman, Missouri; three great grandchildren, Lanie and Peyton Lamb, and Lydia Jones; other relatives and many friends.
Cremation with no services scheduled.
Arrangements are under the direction of Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri.
