Chalet Suzanne Rhode, 57, of Greenwood, departed this life on Sunday, February 19, 2012, at the Lee's Summit-East Hospital.
Cremation has been accorded.
A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2012, at the Stanley-Dickey Funeral Home, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Mr. Rick Mehrer will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the North Kansas City Hospice and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
