Terry Jones

Terry Kirk Jones of Garden City, Missouri was born May 11, 1942 in Kansas City, Missouri the son of Verl Waldo and Dorothy June (Kirk) Jones. He departed this life Sunday, August 12, 2007 at his home at the age of 65 years, 3 months and 1 day.
On July 22, 1961, Terry was united in marriage to Sharon Allen in Garden City. Later, Terry married Carol (Foster) Carneal at their home in Garden City on June 13, 1998.
Terry was self-employed as a farmer and stockman. He was well known for many years hauling water and rock to area residents. Terry enjoyed going fishing, four-wheeling and spending time with Carol. He was a life-long area resident.
Besides his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Jones on August 1, 2006.
He is survived by two sons, Brad Jones and wife Kim, Creighton, Missouri, Randy Jones, Garden City, Missouri; one daughter, Kelly Lorenz and husband Chuck, Creighton, Missouri; one stepson, Jeff Carneal, Blairstown, Missouri; one grandson, Tyler Jones, Waverly, Missouri; four step-grandchildren, Tanya Faddis, Amber Lorenz, Andy Bunch and Amy Bunch; other relatives and friends.
