Terry Lynn Simmons, of Harrisonville, Missouri, was born October 15, 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of David Simmons and Patricia Ann Burnett. She departed this life as a Child of God on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Research Medical Center, Kansas City at the age of 47 years, 7 months and 24 days.
Terry was employed as an assembler for the Casco Area Workshop, Harrisonville. She enjoyed taking care of her house, watching movies, crocheting and playing video games.
She is survived by her companion, Dennis Doron; a son, Dennis Doron Jr.; her mother, Pat Sloan; a brother, Bobby Woodward; a sister, Alice Wiley; and many other relatives and friends.
A Graveside service was held Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Lone Jack Cemetery, Lone Jack, Missouri.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
