Aaliyah Cheyenne Jones, of Harrisonville, Missouri, was born March 27, 2007 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Colby Glenn Jones and Desirae Nicole Vance. She departed this life Saturday, April 21, 2007, Cass Medical Center, Harrisonville at the age of 24 days.
Aaliyah is survived by her father and mother, Colby Jones and Desirae Vance; paternal grandfather, Frank L. Jones, paternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Lorrie and Earl Kolb; maternal grandparents, Toninetta and Norris Vance; paternal great-grandparents, Tom and Mary Jane Michael and Fae Jones, all of Harrisonville, Missouri, Rick B. and Darlene Jones Sr., Kansas City, Kansas; maternal great-grandmother, Barbara Jean Moore, Harrisonville, Missouri; paternal great-great-grandparents, James and Rosemary Jones, Edgerton, Missouri and Mary Troth, Camdenton, Missouri; many other relatives and people who loved her.
Funeral servcies were held Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville with interment in the Lee's Summit Cemetery, Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Aaliyah Jones memorial fund.
