Tuesday Denise Wood was born October 15, 1962, to Sonny Amos Snell and Nancy Carol Snell in Clinton, Missouri. She passed away December 28, 2021, in Butler, Missouri at the age of 59.
Denise was a loving wife and mother. When God blessed her with the birth of her daughter Ashley, Denise’s life was complete. Being a mother was the biggest joy in her life.
Denise also enjoyed spending time with family, shopping and Crafting with Aunt Donna and teaching her Red healers new tricks.
Denise worked for Walmart for 20 years, making trouble with her Walmart crew along the way.
Denise was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather Nancy and Carl Lillard, and her father Sonny Amos Snell.
Denise leaves behind her husband Jim Wood of the home, daughter Ashley Reynolds (Mark), brothers Bret Snell (Janet), and Tad Snell (fiancé Diane), and aunt Donna Burton.
Cremation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 22, 2022 at the Antioch Southern Baptist Church, Harrisonville, Missouri.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Shiloh Center, Harrisonville, Missouri.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
