Lily Grace Moore 2 month old daughter of Adam and Rebecca Moore departed this life on Monday, October 24, 2016 at Children's Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri surrounded by love and family. Lily is survived by her parents, Adam and Rebecca Moore, three brothers, Ian Moore, Eli Moore, twin brother, Liam Moore, two sisters, Ada Moore and Mia Moore all of the home; paternal grandparents, Donney and Lena Moore, Belton, Missouri; maternal grandmother, Delores Jackson, Kansas City, Missouri.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016, Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with interment in Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville, Missouri. Family will receive friends from 10:30 until 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Dickey Funeral Home.
