Maggie Bolling

September 11, 2004 — January 17, 2023

Belton, Missouri

Magdalene ("Maggie") Jade Bolling passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at the age of 18 in Paola, KS. She was born on Saturday, September 11, 2004 at Olathe Medical Center.

From the moment Maggie entered this world, she was loved beyond measure. As the first-born child of Rachel Burns, and the first grandchild of Thom and Roxann Burns, Maggie brought so much joy to their lives. Lovingly referred to as "little Roxann",  Maggie was fiercely loyal to her family, and this was especially true when it came to her younger sisters, Jaylen and Darci. She loved them more than anything in this world.

Maggie loved music, watching videos on her phone, and hanging out with her best friends, Nick and Taegan, who she considered her family. She even worked with Taegan at Subway, and the two of them would spend hours talking and laughing together. Maggie was resilient and remarkable. She had a tremendous sense of humor and frequently referred to herself as one of the few "normal ones" in her extended family.

She is deeply loved by her family and friends, and she is survived by her mother Rachel Burns, sisters Jaylen Bolling and Darci Burns, father Kyle Bolling, brothers Javan, Alex, and Marcus Bolling, and sister Nikki Bates, grandparents Thom and Roxann Burns, Lorna and Ed Blackburn, Kevin and Kathleen Bolling, and aunts and uncles Dave and Kelly Burns, Eliot and Becca Spielman and their daughter Mariah, Dusty and Kristina Bolling and their children Eric and Addilynn Bolling, Damon and Jojo Griebel, Brian and Melisa Raley, Michael Raley and his daughter Kayla, numerous cousins, and so many people who loved her. She will be greatly missed.

Maggie's celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, from 11 am to 1 pm at Memorial Station, located in Memorial Park, 602 Maurer Parkway, Belton, MO 64012.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Compass Health and may be sent in care of The Dickey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 432, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.
