Margie Faye (Cantrell) Rohr, 81, Lee's Summit, Missouri was born August 6, 1939 in Harrisonville, MO the daughter of Silas Abner and Hattie Fidelia (Hestand) Cantrell. She departed this life on Monday, August 17, 2020 at the Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri with a loving nurse holding her hand at the age of 81 years, and 11 days.

On March, 6, 1971 in Kansas City, Missouri, Margie was united in marriage to Willis Ray Rohr, they made their home in Pleasant Hill, Missouri

Margie owned and operated Pleasant Hill Floor Covering along with her husband in Pleasant Hill Missouri. Margie loved helping people in any way she could, was quick to make friends and always could tell a Great story. But her passion in life was singing and writing gospel songs. At the age of 10, Margie starting singing Gospel music on the radio in Sedalia, Missouri. She also loved to cook and have friends for dinner and Marble games. Margie was a member of Abundant Life Christian Center, Lincoln, Missouri. She will always be remembered as a Special Lady, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

Besides her parents Margie was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters Mildred Gooch, Winfred Cantrell, Dorothy Hart, Raymond Cantrell, Emmette Cantrell, Betty Stewart, Bill Cantrell and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, whom she greatly loved.

She is survived by two sons, Mark Anthony DePeralta and wife Katie, Chapala Jalisco, Mexico, Stephen Andrew DePeralta and wife Traci, Adrian, Missouri; a daughter, Tamara Lynn Baker and husband Jeff, Salem, Oregon; 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri with burial in the Crescent Hill Cemetery near Adrian, Missouri.

The family received friends Saturday, August 22, 2020 at the funeral home.
