Marie Ann Spillman, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born October 18, 1977 in St. Francisville, Louisiana, the daughter of Carl Wayne and Barbara Jo (Kerns) Spillman. She departed this life Monday, November 6, 2006, Cass Medical Center, Harrisonville at the age of 29 years and 18 days.
Marie was employed as an aid for the Pleasant Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center since 2006. She attended school in Paola, Kansas, Pleasant Hill and Harrisonville, Missouri. She enjoyed her family, writing poetry and fishing with her children.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Franklin Kerns.
She is survived by a son, Matthew A. Pritchett; two daughters, Emily Pritchett and Courtney Pritchett all of the home; her parents, Carl and Barbara Spillman, Pleasant Hill, Missouri; a sister, Rebecca Spillman, Harrisonville, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Cremation. A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m Saturday, November 11, 2006 at the United Methodist Church, 1300 Lexington, Pleasant Hill, Missouri.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Marie Spillman memorial fund.
