Raymonde was born on April 12, 1943 in Sherbrooke, Canada. She came to America in 1969 not knowing a word of English! She taught herself how to speak English with help from her children. She had pride and love for this country.

Raymonde had 4 brothers and 1 sister. She loved them all dearly. Her brothers are Guy, Marc, Andre, Yves and sister Helene.

Raymonde was a wonderful person. She was part-owner of the Courtyard Grill & Bar in Clinton, MO and she just loved her customers. Her work ethic throughout her life was remarkable.

She loved the ocean, music and she loved and enjoyed life. She touched many lives in her time on this earth.

Raymonde’s family would like to thank the wonderful, loving and amazing people who were there to help whenever needed during her last days:
Tina and Ed; thank you for being there daily to help and offer support and love. We could not put into words how truly grateful we are. We love you dearly.

A special thank you to the loving and caring staff at Heartland Hospice Care; Dr. Lara Kenney, Mary and Don Darling, the awesome Oncology and Fusion Department at Golden Valley Hospital and the many friends and family that brought food and came to visit and give their love and support. You are all remarkable people. God Bless each of you.

From one of her favorite songs we will end with, ‘Some of it’s magic, some of it’s tragic, but I had a good life all the way’.

Repose en Paix Raymonde.
