Octabrena H. Serra, 89, of Lone Jack, departed this life Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at her daughter's home in Lone Jack.
Cremation has been accorded.
A celebration of her life will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2015, at the Hope United Methodist Church, Lone Jack. Followed by High Tea at 4:00 p.m.
Visitation will be held at 2:00 p.m.
Final arrangements entrusted to Stanley-Dickey Funeral Home, Pleasant Hill, Missouri.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Crossroads Hospice and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
