Leota Maxine "Peggy" Neblock, of Garden City, Missouri was born October 8, 1930 in Wamego, Kansas the daughter of John T. and Grace E. (Dewey) Collins. She departed this life on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at her home surrounded by love and family at the age of 85 years, 5 months and 18 days.
On August 13, 1950, Peggy was united in marriage to Gene Tunney Neblock in Kansas City, Missouri.
Peggy was a homemaker. She enjoyed camping, driving around the countryside, painting, working in the yard and shopping with her granddaughter, Megan.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Neblock on May 21, 1996; 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Peggy is survived by her son, Dennis Neblock and wife Dianne, Harrisonville, Missouri; a granddaughter, Megan Fidler and husband Mike and a great-granddaughter, Morgan all of Warrensburg, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri with burial in the Garden City Cemetery, Garden City, Missouri.
