Infant Ranger Noble Parnell was still born at 11:51 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2016, at the St. Luke’s-East Medical Center, Lee’s Summit
Ranger is survived by his loving parents, Kevin N. And Ashley D. (Fender) Parnell of Harrisonville; two brothers, Cooper DeVera and Lincoln Parnell of Harrisonville; paternal grandparents, Craig and Paula Long of Kingsville; maternal grandparents, Richard Fender of Lee’s Summit, and Vicki (and Gary) Newport of Harrisonville; Paternal great grandparents, Billy and Sherry Snyder of Pleasant Hill; maternal great grandparents, David and Pat Fender of Lee’s Summit; and many other relatives.
Graveside funeral services will be held in the Staley-Mound Cemetery at a later date.
Arrangements are under the care of Stanley-Dickey Funeral Home, Pleasant Hill, Missouri.
