Ricky "Rick" Cantrell Jr.

Ricky “Rick” Cantrell Jr. of Harrisonville, MO was born July 10, 1967 in Butler, MO. The son of Ricky “Rick “ Cantrell Sr. and Judy Cantrell. He departed this life on January 6, 2026 in his home in Harrisonville, MO at the age of 58 years old.

Rick Married his high school sweetheart Michelle Cantrell on June 5, 1987 and went on to have 2 kids. Rick worked at Woodbridge sequencing for 32 years as a production manager. When Rick wasn’t working you could find him golfing with friends and family, spending time at Truman lake with his family or spending time with his four grandchildren.

Rick was preceded in death by his father Ricky “Rick” Cantrell Sr. and his grandmother Hazel Deane Eckert. He is survived by his mother Judy Cantrell, his two children Amanda Elaine Cantrell and Ryan Lee Cantrell, his step daughter Lakia Spears and his four grandchildren Traevon, Kaige, Averi, and Aaliyah and his two sisters Wendy Eakes and Tammy Brady.

Cremation with a celebration of life service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri. 

Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
