Ronald Lee Royster

Ronald Lee Royster, of Drexel, Missouri, passed away on March 17, 2026, at his home in Drexel, Missouri.

Ronald was born February 20, 1949, to Clarence (Fay) and Lucy (Edith) Royster. He was united in marriage on February 8, 1969 in Kansas City, Missouri to Mary Wheeler and together they shared many years of love and memories.

Ronald was a true outdoorsman who found great joy in fishing, hunting and gardening. He cherished time spent with his family and will be remembered for the moments he shared with those he loved most.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Raymond Royster.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary of the home; his children, Scott (Laura A.) Royster, Brad (Sara) Royster, Larry (Laura) Royster, and Casey (Ted) Royster Clements; his grandchildren, Anthony (Kayla) Royster, Lexie Royster, Morgan (Jon) Perkins, Ryan Royster, Junior Barker, Lauren (Gavin) Clark, Landon Royster, Sabra Clements, Cheyenne Royster, Colt Clements, Layla Royster, Zaida Royster, Amora Royster, and Robert (Saryn) Potts; his great-grandchildren, Grace Frye, Cecelia Butcher, Harrison Royster, Maggie Perkins, River Potts, Danny Perkins, and Ruthie Perkins; his great-great grandchild Alaina Selby, along with many other family members and friends who will deeply miss him.

A private graveside service will be held.
