Tom is survived by his wife, Barbara Younger; three daughters, Penny R. Tepesch, Risa Bullard and Lanell Martin Jackson; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Teddy and Tim Younger; a sister, Trudy Younger.
