Vernon Lee Harrison of Garden City, Missouri was born November 29, 1946 in Kansas City, Missouri the son of Fred Lee and Ruby Pearl (Elliott) Harrison. He departed this life on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at the Kansas City Hospice House at the age of 73 years, 6 months and 4 days.
On November 29, 2009, Vernon was united in marriage to Deborah Aloha LeBron.
Vernon was a farmer and stockman. He was a Christian and enjoyed playing and singing country and gospel music at local churches. Vernon loved trains and country music especially Johnny Cash.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Elliott Harrison.
Vernon is survived by his wife Deborah Harrison of the home; other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services were held Friday, June 12, 2020 at the Rose Hill Cemetery near LaTour, Missouri.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dickey Funeral Home, Harrisonville, Missouri.
