William F. "Bill" Hall

March 31, 1940 — January 27, 2021

Bill was born in Kahoka, Missouri on March 31, 1940 to William and Eileen Hall and was an only child. He studied Accounting at Central Missouri State College where he received his Bachelors Degree. He married Emma Lou Famuliner on July 25,1964; they had two sons, Michael and Danny. He held a variety of accounting positions before joining the Internal Revenue Service, and retired from there in 2002.

Bill was a quiet man who valued family, friends, and his relationship with God. His strong faith was a guiding principle in his life and his decisions. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, and loved nothing more than organizing a family fishing trip where he could share the wisdom he had learned with his children and grandchildren. Bill enjoyed family events, and prided himself in making sure all the details were accounted for.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents William Fay and Eva Eileen Hall.

He is survived by his wife Emma Lou; sons: Michael (Trisha) Hall, their daughters Rebekah and Rachael Hall; and Danny (Susie) Hall, their children Garrick (Lindsey) Hall, Kaitlynd Hall, and Nathan Hall ; great-grandchildren: Leon and Willow Hall. He will be greatly missed by all.
